Visit the family home of the local blacksmith and explore furnishings from the early 1900's. Discover the collection at the former Norwegian Methodist Church, now turned museum and see the original three cell county jail. Take a short trip to the rural one-room Reed Schoolhouse and experience what school was like in days gone by.  (Reed Schoolhouse located on the Grantsburg Area School Campus)

From the stoplights in Grantsburg, turn North on S. Pine Street; travel about a 3rd of a mile to Wisconsin Avenue; turn left on Wisconsin Avenue and travel one block; The museum is on your left, on the southwest corner of Wisconsin Avenue and Oak Street.
